About the Role


We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. As positions become available, we’ll contact suitable candidates who share our commitment to person-centered care.


What you’ll do: - Provide tailored support to NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities - Assist clients with daily living activities, community access, and social participation - Support clients to achieve their goals and live independently - Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals when required - Maintain accurate digital records and documentation - Build genuine, respectful relationships with the people you support


Work arrangements: - Part-time positions available - Flexible rostering options - 24/7 support service - Opportunities across multiple client locations


What We’re Looking For


Essential: - Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) - Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle - Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse client needs


Highly regarded: - Experience supporting people with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities - First Aid and CPR certification - Manual handling training - Understanding of the NDIS and person-centered approaches - Experience with medication administration - Additional relevant qualifications (nursing, allied health, mental health)
