Job Description

ALL Care Nursing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse (EN) for an aged care setting. You will provide high-quality care to elderly residents. This role offers the chance to make a difference in residents' lives while working in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care and clinical support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
  • Accurately document care, observations, and interventions in clinical records.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA.
  • Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
  • Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and influenza (as required).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
